On behalf of our client, a Multinational organization leader in its field, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst – CAPEX. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven analysis to support business decision-making. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior management. If you are interested in the above and want to take the next step in your career, then we are waiting for your CV for this Financial Analyst – CAPEX position!You are responsible for<ul><li>Monitor and track spending for all capital investment projects</li><li>Prepare monthly CAPEX reports, variance analyses, and expenditure reviews</li><li>Reconcile budgeted vs actual costs, ERP entries, and project documentation</li><li>Review investment requests, business cases, and spending plans to support management approvals</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models for CAPEX forecasting, ROI/NPV analysis, and project evaluation</li><li>Ensure accuracy of asset-related records, classifications, and capitalization</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance departments to validate data and timelines</li><li>Identify deviations, risks, or potential overruns, and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for investment projects</li><li>Maintain dashboards and KPIs related to project performance</li><li>Provide support for ad-hoc analyses, audits, and continuous process improvements</li></ul>Your Education &amp; Qualifications are<ul><li>BSc / MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance</li><li>Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office suite and advanced skills in Excel (Power Pivot and Power Query), Power BI background will be considered an asset</li><li>Knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP experience will be considered an asset</li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations</li><li>Fluency in both written and verbal communication in English &amp; Greek</li></ul>You are a professional with<ul><li>Analytical and strategic thinking</li><li>Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Willingness for continuous improvement</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li></ul>The company offers<ul><li>Competitive fixed salary</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Extra Benefits according to Compensation and Benefits company’s plan</li><li>International and friendly working environment</li><li>Career development prospects within an International organization</li></ul>
