Αναζητούμε Project Financial Manager για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα στη χρηματοοικονομική διαχείριση έργων και προγραμμάτων. Αν διαθέτετε εμπειρία σε budgeting, financial reporting και παρακολούθηση έργων σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον, θα χαρούμε να σας γνωρίσουμε. Ο ρόλος αφορά καταξιωμένη εταιρία με πολυετή εμπειρία στη διαχείριση και υλοποίηση έργων, προγραμμάτων και σύνθετων χρηματοδοτούμενων πρωτοβουλιών.Department:Αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Οικονομική διαχείριση έργων και προγραμμάτων σε όλα τα στάδια του κύκλου ζωής τους</li><li>Παρακολούθηση προϋπολογισμών, ταμειακών ροών και οικονομικών δεικτών έργων</li><li>Σύνταξη οικονομικών αναφορών, προβλέψεων και reports προς τη διοίκηση και λοιπούς φορείς</li><li>Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με συμβατικές, χρηματοδοτικές και κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις</li><li>Υποστήριξη στη σύνταξη οικονομικών προτάσεων, κοστολογήσεων και business cases</li><li>Συνεργασία με Project Managers, εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και χρηματοδοτικούς οργανισμούς</li><li>Έλεγχος δαπανών, τιμολογήσεων και επιλεξιμότητας κόστους (όπου απαιτείται)</li></ul>Εμπειρία &amp; γνώσεις<ul><li>BSc / MSc Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου</li><li>Τουλάχιστον 3–5 έτη εμπειρίας σε οικονομική διαχείριση έργων ή προγραμμάτων</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης και budgeting</li><li>Γνώση συστημάτων ERP ή εργαλείων project management</li><li>Άριστη γνώση MS Excel και εργαλείων reporting</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας</li></ul>Προσωπικά Χαρακτηριστικά<ul><li>Αναλυτική σκέψη, οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια</li><li>Ικανότητα εργασίας σε περιβάλλον πολλαπλών έργων και προθεσμιών</li></ul>Παροχές<ul><li>Υψηλό ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών</li><li>Συνεχή επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη και εκπαίδευση</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε σημαντικά και σύνθετα έργα</li><li>Σύγχρονο και συνεργατικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον</li><li>Κουλτούρα συνεργασίας και σεβασμού</li></ul>

Project Financial Manager

Supports monthly closure cut-off procedures and assists on monthly Trial Balance completeness, Ad-hoc requests (i.e., preparation of the supporting documentation for the external auditors (TP, Assurance, Tax)).Posts invoices to ERP timely ensuring data completeness; Verifies Invoices and AP files with purchase order vendor master file; Records and reviews accounting entries; Audits invoices and key data in AP system; Performs accounting reconciliations ensuring.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and financial controls related to Opex invoice processing.Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and supporting evidence for Opex expenditure and payment activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements in the Capex invoicing and payment procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.Stay informed about industry’s best practices and regulatory changes related to accounts payable and Capex management.What will you bring?University degree in Accounting or Finance.2 - 3 years of proven experience within a similar position.Fluency in English.Knowledge of taxation (VAT issues, Income tax and withholding taxes).Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Very good knowledge of Entersoft ERP would be a plus.What we offerTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Grow&nbsp;Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration packagePrivate health insuranceFlexible working model
