Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Μελετά τις αναθέσεις των πελατών και έρχεται σε επαφή μαζί τους, για την αποσαφήνιση όλων των κατασκευαστικών λεπτομερειών•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Παράγει τα τριγραμμικά σχέδια ισχύος και αυτοματισμών, καθώς και των ενδεικτικών όψεων του πίνακα•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Είναι ευέλικτος και προτείνει εναλλακτικές καινοτόμες λύσεις που πληρούν τις προδιαγραφές, σε συνδυασμό με το χαμηλό κόστος κατασκευής•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Είναι σε συνεχή επαφή με τον Presales Engineer, παραλαμβάνει τους φάκελους των έργων προς κατασκευή και λαμβάνει γνώση των κρίσιμων σημείων•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Επιλέγει τα κατάλληλα υλικά και συντάσσει λίστες προς παραγγελία. Σε συνεργασία με τον Warehouse Officer εξετάζουν εναλλακτικές λύσεις όταν δεν καλύπτεται ο επιθυμητός χρόνος παράδοσης•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ενημερώνει για τα κρίσιμα σημεία της εκάστοτε κατασκευής τον Production Supervisor και είναι σε συνεχή επαφή του κατά την παραγωγική διαδικασία. Παρακολουθεί τα έργα του, σε όλη την φάση της κατασκευής•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Κρατάει ενήμερο τον πελάτη κατά την φάση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Παράγει τα as built σχέδια και ενημερώνει το τεχνικό φάκελο του έργου•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Κάνει follow-up στον υπεύθυνο μηχανικό του πελάτη μετά την παράδοση και καταγράφει αν το παραγόμενο ανταποκρίθηκε στις απαιτήσεις του πελάτη•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Τηρεί τα στατιστικά στοιχεία των έργων που παράγειΑπαραίτητα προσόντα:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ-ΤΕΙ Ηλεκτρολογίας – Αυτοματισμού•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 2-3 ετών σε παρόμοια θέση•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Καλή γνώση σχεδιαστικού προγράμματος See electrical Caddy / ePLAN•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας

Guided by our shared values and long-term vision, we are now looking to strengthen our team with a Production Supervisor for our Plant in Sindos, Thessaloniki.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you seek opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?Key ResponsibilitiesAs Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality operation of the production area, while leading and supporting the production team to meet performance targets.Your main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Planning, coordinating and supervising daily production activities in line with the production schedule and business priorities</li><li>Ensuring production targets are achieved in line with quality, cost and delivery requirements</li><li>Leading, motivating and developing production operators to maintain a high-performing and engaged team</li><li>Monitoring production processes and equipment performance to ensure smooth operations and minimise downtime</li><li>Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards across the production area</li><li>Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring the correct use of procedures, tools and personal protective equipment</li><li>Coordinating closely with maintenance, quality, warehouse and other relevant departments to support uninterrupted production flow</li><li>Identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions where needed</li><li>Monitoring product quality and ensuring production output meets required specifications and company standards</li><li>Preparing and reviewing production reports, including output, waste, downtime and performance indicators</li><li>Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and operational performance</li><li>Participating in shift handovers, team briefings and performance discussions to ensure effective communication across teams</li></ul>Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide, coach and develop teams</li><li>Good communication and decision-making skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach</li><li>Solid understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment and operational workflows</li><li>Ability to analyse issues, solve problems effectively and implement practical improvements</li><li>Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards within an industrial environment</li><li>Proficiency in using production-related systems and standard reporting tools</li><li>Degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, would be considered an advantage</li><li>SAP System Knowledge would be considered an advantage</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English would be considered an advantage, depending on local business needs</li></ul>Benefits / Salary<ul><li>Salary according to qualifications</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Continuous training</li></ul>
