As Lean Portofolio Manager you will manage the portfolio of products aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives. &nbsp; You will be responsible to maximize the value delivery across the portfolio by allocating resources in the respecting value streams thus is for making investment decisions and managing portfolio risk.· &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage the enterprise portfolio providing a transparent visualization of portfolio items, investment buckets and capacity&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor portfolio items progress and raise impediments impacting delivery&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain and track portfolio metrics to ensure portfolio healthiness&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Maximize value delivery through allocating budget and capacity to the value streams&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Prioritize portfolio items across the Value Streams to ensure seamless portfolio items delivery&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor ROI of portfolio items per portfolio item to better prioritize further developments&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Facilitate budgeting process through the enterprise to organize investment buckets per value stream&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in capacity planning and capacity allocation activities to ensure value delivery maximization&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Facilitate Portfolio Syncs to raise portfolio risks and manage impediments · &nbsp; &nbsp;Draft process ideas to improve efficiency. Monitor and assess the performance of the processes in place · &nbsp; &nbsp;Design and test process upgrades and new process systems and ensure processes comply with quality standards. · &nbsp; &nbsp;Contribute to the enhancement and/or design of any required KPIs to be set in place, in cooperation with the responsible process owners · &nbsp; &nbsp;Developing standardized operating instructions and maintain process documentation&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Document and distribute recommendations for improvement and optimization of IT processes overall and for the IT Service Management System performance, following the results from the yearly internal assessments · &nbsp; &nbsp;Create visual and narrative reports for different audiences (operational teams vs. executive leadership) · &nbsp; &nbsp;Track performance metrics across projects/programs using dashboards and reporting toolsWho you are· &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology field · &nbsp; &nbsp;2-4 years working experience in a similar position (ideally in a matrix organization) · &nbsp; &nbsp;Broad understanding of Investment Management and Value Realisation · &nbsp; &nbsp;Solid understanding on Telco industry on all products Fixed, TV and Mobile business and technologies · &nbsp; &nbsp;Goal-oriented with strong analytical &amp; applied thinking skills&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple balls · &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent leadership and communication skills&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights · &nbsp; &nbsp;Proactive, structured, and self-driven with the ability to organize team workflows and improve processes. · &nbsp; &nbsp;Working knowledge of PowerBI, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic knowledge of Visio&nbsp; · &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek &amp; English, with both technical and business audiences · &nbsp; &nbsp;Good literacy and report writing skills · &nbsp; &nbsp;Any of the below will be considered a plus: o &nbsp; &nbsp;SAFe Lean Portfolio Management o &nbsp; &nbsp;Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and driving Change delivery&nbsp; o &nbsp; &nbsp;Reporting of portfolio performance using established metrics o &nbsp; &nbsp;Assisting in simplification and continuous improvement o &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in ITIL framework o &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in IT Service Management System, as per ISO 20000-1tNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
