So come on, now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what&nbsp;It's like being a Content Moderator.&nbsp;As a Content Moderator, you will be instrumental in keeping our online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. You will apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling&nbsp;procedures with consistency. The best candidates are able to identify subtle differences in the&nbsp;meaning of digital communication and accurately enforce the client’s terms of use by carefully&nbsp;monitoring reports of abuse on the site. You will atively participate in employee assistance&nbsp;programs, program reporting initiatives and training to foster the well-being of you and the&nbsp;employee community. A Content Moderator will escalate through appropriate channels any&nbsp;changes that may impact performance or as necessary to maintain required KPIs. You will also&nbsp;adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and other project requirements in any way related&nbsp;to your work.&nbsp;So what does all this mean for your day-to-day? In the Content Moderator role, you will be working on a computer each day reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures,&nbsp;political ads, and social media profiles. You will then score this content on areas such as&nbsp;age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency. In order to&nbsp;properly identify all of these items, you will be trained on how to enforce the client’s policies, and&nbsp;then use these policies to support the overall business.&nbsp;As a Content Moderator, you understand the importance of working hard and having fun! You will be given daily time to participate in wellness activities such as dance parties, fitness&nbsp;challenges, on-site wellness programs, video games, and team development exercises. Well since this is a Content Moderator we need someone with at least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience&nbsp;environment. What else?<ul><li>We also need someone with at least a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>We also need someone who is fluent in English and Albanian, must be able to read and speak the language.</li></ul>​Now let’s get technical.<ul><li>We’re looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy. Someone who has a high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported.</li></ul>TaskUs devotes considerable resources to the wellbeing of its employees.
