During your tenure as a HR Strategy &amp; Technology Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to: • Deliver international and/or multinational projects, implementing the most innovative HR solutions.• Lead teams of more junior people, providing coaching and on-the-job training to internal team members.• Lead Client meetings, analyzing business and process requirements, and identifying/resolving gaps.• Develop end to end Integrations and solution extensions, including AI features.• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.• Update and grow your technology certifications.• Develop your leadership skills leveraging on Deloitte training to boost your career. #Our Requirements Key Qualifications• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, and Business Administration.• Professional experience in working on Integration Suites (SAP CPI, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.) or Platform-as-a-Service (SAP BTP, Servicenow) or developing web-based applications.• Experience in working within an agile development environment and working knowledge of agile software development methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.• Proven experience using Office tools: Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio.• Proven experience using technical tools such as HTML, json, APIs, OData,PHP, Javascript, etc.• Strong technical and functional leadership skills.• Very good knowledge of English both written and verbal. ou will join our&nbsp;Strategic &amp; technology change Team&nbsp;a multidisciplinary, and fast-growing team specializing in change management strategies.   As a Junior Change Management professional at our DACC Delivery Center, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through complex and exciting changes.&nbsp; You will join a collaborative, structured, and process-oriented team dedicated to supporting the successful implementation of&nbsp;groundbreaking Generative AI&nbsp;technologies and driving significant cultural shifts.
