As a Retail Operations Controller (Area Controller), you will work close to the core of our business – Our Stores. Your main objective will be to drive sales and profitability growth in the stores of your area. Additionally, you ‘ll identify business opportunities and together with the Area Team you will implement strategies to increase the shopping experience in the stores, securing that sale, efficiency and profit targets are reached.&nbsp;&nbsp;You will:<ul><li>Set budget for sales, efficiency KPIs and store costs in line with the country goals</li><li>Work proactively and forecast selling and costs development for the coming months and take necessary actions</li><li>Support stores in financial sales planning accuracy with the aim to improve efficiency and service levels</li><li>Set hourly function plan with Store Management to enable strong store operations, efficiency, and Great Customer Experience</li><li>Make frequent store visits to align the analysis with the reality in stores</li><li>Follow up and act on the Salary Cost development in your area, seeking each for opportunities to optimize these. You are aware of the Shop Costs deviations and together with relevant functions, you initiate corrective actions accordingly.</li><li>Educate store management team on operational best practices and ensure that the setup of the store is optimized to deliver great customer experience and high task efficiency.&nbsp;</li></ul>​WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​As a Retail Operations Controller (Area Controller), you will be an integral part of the Area Team, working closely with store management team to ensure efficiency and cost control in all stores in your area, supporting them to deliver a great customer experience in line with the country's objectives. Αναζητούμε έναν/μία&nbsp;Εκπρόσωπο Πωλήσεων (Sales Representative) με περιοχές ευθύνης τη Δράμα &amp; τη Θάσο στην On Trade αγορά, με όρεξη και κίνητρο να συμβάλει άμεσα στην προβολή των προϊόντων μας και την υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής πωλήσεων της εταιρείας.&nbsp;Αρμοδιότητες:&nbsp;<ul><li>Διαχείριση πελατολογίου στην περιοχή ευθύνης.</li><li>Διατήρηση τακτικής επικοινωνίας με τους πελάτες, με σκοπό την ανάδειξη αναγκών και την πρόταση αντίστοιχων εταιρικών προϊόντων για την ικανοποίηση της ζήτησης πελατών και καταναλωτών.</li><li>Συνεργασία με τα λοιπά τμήματα της Διεύθυνσης Πωλήσεων (Trade Marketing, κτλ.) και της εταιρίας (Customer Service, κτλ.) για τη βέλτιστη ικανοποίηση του πελάτη μέσω της σωστής αξιοποίησης των εταιρικών εργαλείων.</li><li>Διαχείριση του budget της περιοχής ευθύνης, εστιάζοντας στην καλύτερη και αποδοτικότερη αξιοποίησή του.</li><li>Άριστη υλοποίηση των συμφωνηθέντων με τους εκάστοτε πελάτες.</li></ul>&nbsp;Για να ενταχθείς στην ομάδα μας, θα πρέπει να έχεις:&nbsp;<ul><li>Προϋπηρεσία στον χώρο των Πωλήσεων, ιδανικά στον κλάδο του FMCG.</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία στον τομέα των Εξωτερικών Πωλήσεων θα ήταν επιθυμητή.</li><li>Πτυχίο Ανώτερης/Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης.</li><li>Μεταπτυχιακός Τίτλος θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.</li><li>Πάθος για τις Πωλήσεις και την επίτευξη στόχων.</li><li>Διάθεση για εξέλιξη.</li><li>Πολύ καλές διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας.</li><li>Ικανότητα για αυτόνομη εργασία αλλά και ομαδικό πνεύμα.</li><li>Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου.</li><li>Πολύ καλή χρήση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ.</li><li>Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου.</li><li>Διαθεσιμότητα για μετακινήσεις και διανυκτερεύσεις.</li></ul>&nbsp;Πιστεύουμε ότι οι άνθρωποί μας είναι η καρδιά της εταιρείας, γι' αυτό κάνουμε το καλύτερο δυνατό για να παρέχουμε άριστο εργασιακό περιβάλλον, συνεχή ανάπτυξη και προοπτικές εξέλιξης.
