At MOH we strive to develop our people to their highest potential, through continuous education and assignment of challenging projects.&nbsp;We are currently searching to hire a SAP Analyst (PS/PM/SM) to join our team, in Marousi premises.<h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Evaluates the impact of business needs, on the systems of the organization</li><li>Prepares descriptions for user’s needs, program functions, and analyses the steps to develop or modify computer programs</li><li>Reviews and supports requested system modifications, while develops detailed specifications for new implementations</li><li>Upgrades application and resolves issues that occurs, maintaining the group’s systems</li><li>Prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development</li><li>Coordinates the workflow, including the program development, testing, installation and modification</li><li>Communicates system changes across the business and supports the user’s training</li><li>Supports the relevant ERP applications ensuring the integrity of the solutions for the group</li></ul><h2>Main Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline</li><li>3 years previous experience as a SAP analyst in PS, PM, SM modules</li><li>Previous experience in SAP R/3, ECC and SAP S/4 HANA environments</li><li>Previous experience in manufacturing environments</li><li>Strong communication skills both in Greek and English</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office tools</li></ul><h2>Key skills/attributes</h2><ul><li>Communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Analytical thinking &amp; problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability</li><li>Teamwork spirit and collaboration</li></ul>

SAP Analyst (PS/PM/SM) 1

<ul><li>Executes the administrative and secretarial tasks of the department in order to support the effective operation of the department and the vessels managed by the SMC. Organizes, coordinates and performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties.</li></ul><ul><li>Executes the secretarial and administrative tasks of the department, in order to support the Fleet Manager and the members of the Fleet Team in performing their role.</li><li>Maintains records of assigned vessels certificates, and facilitates the preservation of their validity, in respect of Class, Flag, and International regulations. Maintains Class module.</li><li>Monitors Compliance module or similar.</li><li>Assists Fleet Manager and Superintendents with TMSA and other similar external audit related works.</li><li>Assists Superintendents with PAL administrative works.</li><li>Develops and updates the archive of the department, so as to keep good record of all department actions and relationships. Timely updates general data bases of the department.</li><li>Monitors timely submission of the inspection, quarterly and dry dock reports to the appropriate stakeholders. Assists Superintendents in finalizing their reports, if required. Maintains copies and updates the Ship’s Inspection List.</li><li>Monitors, keeps record and supplies ship’s stationary.</li><li>If required, assists with travel arrangements, visas, etc, coordinates meetings of Fleet Team. Processes invoices, checks correctness, signature and stamp, filing.
