The role requires flexibility to tackle a wide range of tasks:<ul><li>Contribute to all aspects of credit and traded risk model development and deployment including design, coding, testing, validation and review. The most common types of credit risk models worked on by the team are operational scorecards, IRB capital models for Pillar 1 Credit Risk, IFRS 9 impairment models, forecasting models and stress testing models.</li><li>Help deliver projects to evaluate, design and implement policies, procedures and strategies to effectively deploy and execute risk models and processes, consistent with regulatory requirements and/or market practice across credit risk model delivery.</li><li>Perform reviews of risk model deployment and execution frameworks, including gathering business requirements, assessing conceptual designs, examining governance and controls, and testing outcomes.</li><li>Help the team expand its range of services and solutions in the market place, considering operations, analytics and target operating model considerations for clients, plus how to deliver with third party providers.</li><li>Keep up to date with academic, technical and industry developments in the field of credit and traded risk management, deployment and implementation.</li><li>Applicants will need to be able to review large volumes of information quickly and efficiently in order to identify and disseminate the key points in a coherent manner.</li></ul>Applicants should be also committed to building long-term professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders, working with our senior management team to develop industry contacts. Η ΤΕΡΝΑ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΚΗ ΔΙΑΧΕΙΡΙΣΗ ΠΑΓΙΩΝ, εταιρεία του Ομίλου ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ, αναζητά:Εργοδηγό Μηχανολογικής Συντήρησηςγια τις δραστηριότητές της στην ευρύτερη περιοχή Ιωαννίνων / Άρτας.Καθήκοντα θέσης:<ul><li>Επιτηρεί την λειτουργία της εγκατάστασης, ώστε να είναι σε ετοιμότητα ο ηλεκτρομηχανολογικός εξοπλισμός και αξιολογεί πότε υπάρχει ανάγκη για τεχνική επέμβαση</li><li>Είναι υπεύθυνος για την υλοποίηση του προγράμματος της διαγνωστικής, προληπτικής και έκτακτης συντήρησης</li><li>Χειρίζεται, τηρεί και εφαρμόζει ολοκληρωμένο πρόγραμμα μηχανολογικής συντήρησης μέσω SAP και CMMS</li><li>Συντονίζει την ομάδα συντήρησης και συμμετέχει και ο ίδιος στην άμεση αποκατάσταση έκτακτων βλαβών και τον περιορισμό του χρόνου διακοπής λειτουργίας των μηχανημάτων και κατ’ επέκταση της παραγωγής</li><li>Συντονίζει, οργανώνει και επιβλέπει την διενέργεια εργασιών συντήρησης από εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες-εργολάβους συντήρησης</li><li>Συμμετέχει ενεργά στον σχεδιασμό και την οργάνωση των προγραμματισμένων γενικών επισκευών της μονάδας και τον έλεγχο και συντονισμό των συνεργείων συντήρησης</li><li>Ασκεί φυσική και τεχνική εποπτεία, πραγματοποιεί μετρήσεις και ενημερώνεται καθημερινά για τα προβλήματα που προκύπτουν</li><li>Ενημερώνει την τεχνική τεκμηρίωση του εξοπλισμού, συντάσσει προτάσεις για τεχνικές βελτιώσεις και συμμετέχει παρέχοντας συμβουλές σε όλες τις φάσεις υλοποίησής τους από την σχεδίαση μέχρι την τελική εγκατάσταση</li><li>Κατανέμει στους υφισταμένους του τις προγραμματισμένες εργασίες συντήρησης, παρέχει τεχνικές κατευθύνσεις σχετικά με τον τρόπο διεκπεραίωσής τους και ελέγχει την ορθή εκτέλεσή τους</li><li>Μεριμνά για την τήρηση των κανονισμών ασφάλειας και υγείας από όλους τους υφισταμένους του και τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες-εργολάβους συντήρησης και συνεργάζεται με τον τεχνικό ασφαλείας για πρόσθετα μέτρα ασφάλειας και βελτιώσεις</li><li>Παρακολουθεί και γνωρίζει τα διαθέσιμα κρίσιμα ανταλλακτικά και αναλώσιμα της αποθήκης και συνεργάζεται με τον υπεύθυνο αποθήκης για την προμήθεια κρίσιμων ανταλλακτικών και την σύνταξη ζήτησης τεχνικών προσφορών</li></ul>&nbsp;Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ Μηχανολογίας</li><li>2 έτη προϋπηρεσίας σε οργανωμένο τμήμα μηχανολογικής συντήρησης βιομηχανίας (υδραυλικών συστημάτων πίεσης λαδιού, συστημάτων μεταφορικών ταινιών, γερανογέφυρες, βαρέα οχήματα)</li><li>Επαρκής γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγο)</li></ul>Προσωπικά χαρακτηριστικά:<ul><li>Προγραμματισμός και οργάνωση</li><li>Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα</li><li>Τήρηση διαδικασιών</li><li>Κατοχή διπλώματος οδήγησης ΙΧ</li></ul>Η εταιρεία προσφέρει:<ul><li>Κινητό τηλέφωνο</li><li>Εταιρικό αυτοκίνητο</li><li>Σταθερό περιβάλλον εργασίας</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε ομαδικό ασφαλιστήριο συμβόλαιο</li><li>Άλλες πρόσθετες παροχές</li></ul>
