As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role across the full employee lifecycle — from operations and recruitment to learning and engagement.🌟 Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Provide daily HR operational support, managing employee records, digital work card, and absences.</li><li>Support payroll preparation and review, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.</li><li>Handle all employment-related changes (hires, terminations, amendments) in line with local labor law and deadlines.</li><li>Design, review, and update HR Policies &amp; Procedures, ensuring consistency with company standards and ISO/internal audit frameworks.</li><li>Oversee HR Department purchasing processes in alignment with company Procurement Policy.</li></ul>Learning &amp; Development<ul><li>Support the implementation of the Annual Training Plan.</li><li>Liaise with training providers and analyze training feedback to enhance learning effectiveness.</li><li>Assist in Performance Management processes — goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews — ensuring timely execution.</li></ul>Employee Experience, Communication &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Support internal communication and engagement initiatives such as employee surveys, corporate events, CSR actions, and Townhall meetings.</li><li>Manage content for the Social Intranet and internal newsletters.</li><li>Contribute to wellbeing and mental health initiatives by ensuring access to relevant programs and resources.</li></ul>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external roles.</li><li>Coordinate the Onboarding Program, creating a seamless and engaging start for new hires.</li><li>Support Employer Branding initiatives through content creation, career events, and social media presence.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Advisory<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and employment matters.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, ensuring trust and transparency across all teams.</li></ul>🎯 What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2-3 years of relevant HR experience in a dynamic organization.</li><li>Knowledge of Greek labor legislation and HR practices.</li><li>Excellent command of English (written &amp; spoken).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems will be considered an asset.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.</li></ul>💎 What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Group Life &amp; Medical Plan</li><li>Voluntary Pension Plan</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Employee discounts on products &amp; services</li><li>Continuous learning &amp; development opportunities</li><li>A modern, inclusive, and supportive work environment within a leading automotive company</li></ul>

HR Generalist

1. Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and ad hoc requests.2. Support in HR initiatives and projects, contributing to process improvement.3. Active involvement in Employee Experience initiatives, supporting communication, events, and company culture actions.4. Assist the preparation of employment documentation, such as employment certificates, recommendation letters, and social security confirmations, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.5. Assist the daily monitoring of the Digital Work Card, including the implementation of all legal obligations related to overtimes, schedule changes, and work patterns.6. Support the monitoring and reporting of absences and leaves, ensuring accurate records and full compliance with labor law requirements.7. Support the maintenance of personnel records and management of HR documentation (e.g. employment files, contracts, internal databases).8. Assist with HR reporting and analytics, helping track key HR metrics (absenteeism, headcount, etc.) for management use.
