The American College of Greece is seeking a dedicated Academic Administrator to support the operations of the Psychoeducational and Counseling Center (CARE Center). The Academic Administrator will provide administrative, operational, and student-support services, ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the Center. The role supports the Center’s academic, counseling, and psychoeducational services, assists student interns in their daily responsibilities, coordinates with other College departments, and contributes to the implementation of student accommodations and psychoeducational activities.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Supports the smooth daily operation of the CARE Center</li><li>Provides administrative and organizational support to the Center</li><li>Assists and supports student interns in the completion of their daily duties and responsibilities</li><li>Coordinates communication between the CARE Center and other college departments and services</li><li>Assists in the coordination and implementation of academic accommodations for students with learning difficulties or disabilities</li><li>Assists in the organization of workshops, events, and psychoeducational activities</li><li>Maintains, updates, and organizes confidential student files and records for students receiving psychoeducational or counseling services</li><li>Provides general student support and guidance related to CARE Center procedures and services</li><li>Performs additional administrative duties as assigned by the CARE Center Director and Co-Director</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.</li><li>Previous work experience in a professional or administrative environment</li><li>Excellent command of the English language</li><li>Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems, databases)</li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Problem-solving ability</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Professionalism and discretion</li><li>Ability to work in a student-centered environment</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities</li></ul>
