The Cyber Security Operations Senior Engineer is a key defender of the organization’s digital assets, leading cybersecurity operations across cloud and on-premises environments. In this role, he/she provides technical expertise and guidance to IT security teams, fostering best practices, knowledge transfer, and operational excellence. Additionally, he/she develops and implements controls to ensure alignment with corporate information security standards and regulatory requirements and conducts rigorous testing and assessment of security mechanisms to validate their applicability and effectiveness. He/she also identifies vulnerabilities and security gaps and implements improvements to strengthen defenses.This role requires deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise, including the tuning and hardening of IT/OT and security infrastructure, as well as the ability to implement and continuously enhance security technologies and processes to ensure resilience against evolving threats.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Cyber Security Operations: enhance the organization’s cyber security operations, ensuring robust monitoring, detection, and response capabilities from cyber threats and vulnerabilities across cloud and on-premises environments.</li><li>Threat Detection &amp; Incident Response: Lead the design and implementation of automated threat detection and response mechanisms using advanced tools such as XDR, SIEM, and SOAR, ensuring 24x7 monitoring and response.</li><li>Incident Management: Act as the main escalation point for cyber security incidents, key stakeholder of the CyberSecurity Incident handling team, coordinating cross-functional teams according to the company’s playbooks &amp; procedures.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Alerting: Perform continuous monitoring for indicators of compromise or policy violations, including tuning and hardening IT/OT and security infrastructure in collaboration with IT/OT stakeholders.</li><li>Vulnerability Assessments: Drive ongoing vulnerability management, penetration tests and red-team exercises, defining mitigation actions and workarounds to ensure a robust and resilient infrastructure.</li><li>Technology Research: Research and identify emerging technologies to enhance system and data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; knowledge sharing: Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure security built-in for running IT &amp; OT systems and services. Guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.</li><li>Advanced Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level operational support and decision-making for security infrastructure (e.g., IGA, PAM, DLP).</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.</li><li>Advanced security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Security Specialty).</li><li>Min 6 years in Information Security industry focused on security operations, with proven expertise in incident response, threat detection, and security automation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR platforms, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Good team player, self-confident, motivated, and independent.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul>&nbsp;The Company Offers<ul><li>Opportunities for further development</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Continuous Learning and development.</li></ul>

The HR Project Manager for Supply Chain is responsible for running the HR agenda and the respective transformation projects, focusing on Unilever’s Supply Entities across Greece, including Supply Chain of Rentis (Factory &amp; Distribution Center) and Schimatari DC to ensure HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals in the areas of business. Key Responsibilities: • Leads, implements and coordinates the HR transformation agenda for Supply Chain (SC) projects, according to SC Global directions and local specificities. • Supports leaders and teams in business delivery by enhancing their capability to bring Strategy into Action components, manage their people, implement changes and build relations with key stakeholders.  • Brings HR insight (including Employee and Industrial Relations) to bear on all people-related issues (people, capabilities, organization, leadership, and culture).• Manage relations with the unions. • Supervises overheads budget. • Act as an advisor to support the Line Managers with recruitment needs for population in scope. • Ad hoc: Provides support in the use of the global talent management tools, is alert for the career development plans for the people, validates salary &amp; benefits review, handles complex employee cases, proposes learning solutions. Required Qualifications: • More than 3 years of working experience in a similar role. • Excellent knowledge of English (written &amp; spoken - Level C2) • Excellent knowledge on PC based software (Microsoft Office Suite) and digital tools • Mandatory to have Greek nationality &amp; be fluent in Greek so as to understand thoroughly local labor agenda.Preferred Qualifications:• Strong Supply Chain &amp; HR experience• Coaching and advisory skills• Unions relations management experience
