This role plays a vital part in strengthening private-sector partnerships, enhancing employment outcomes, and advancing the organization’s mission to foster meaningful workforce integration.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Leading and supporting a team of Employability Counselors and Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs</li><li>Implementing and overseeing the execution of employability targets as defined in the department’s operational plan</li><li>Overseeing and participating in the talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and candidate experience standards</li><li>Building and maintaining strong partnerships with private-sector employers and promoting the organization’s HR services and packages</li><li>Promoting the use of the organization’s Talent Platform among both job seekers and collaborating companies</li><li>Analyzing service data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and designing action plans accordingly</li><li>Conducting market research to stay informed on emerging job trends and in-demand professions relevant to the organization’s target groups</li><li>Collaborating with donors, ecosystem stakeholders, and partners to maximize the reach and value of employability offerings</li><li>Organizing and attending career events, such as job fairs, to promote the organization’s services and engage beneficiaries</li><li>Providing regular updates and insights to the Operations Manager and contributing to strategic planning through data-driven reporting</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field</li><li>At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources, talent acquisition, business development, or employment services, preferably within the non-profit or social impact sector</li><li>Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting</li><li>Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams toward achieving operational and strategic goals</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms</li><li>Fluent in Greek and proficient in English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Results-driven with a proactive, can-do approach</li><li>Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects</li><li>Strategic thinker with excellent organizational ability</li><li>Analytical mindset with a strong eye for process improvement</li><li>Emotionally intelligent and adaptable in diverse environments</li><li>Dedicated to continuous quality improvement</li><li>Able to represent the organization professionally in external settings</li></ul>
