Based in Koropi, Greece and reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in cultivating a positive, inclusive work environment while aligning people strategies with business objectives to support the Group’s overall goals.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Acting as the primary HR point of contact for designated teams, supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, development, and offboarding</li><li>Partnering with the leadership team and supporting the execution of talent strategies, primarily in Learning &amp; Development and Performance Management</li><li>Supporting the design and execution of the annual training plan, ensuring it promotes employee growth, upskilling, and business capability development</li><li>Creating and delivering impactful L&amp;D initiatives that are fostering internal mobility and continuous improvement</li><li>Leading and facilitating the annual performance management cycle while coaching managers on goal setting and feedback processes</li><li>Serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on development, retention, and engagement matters</li><li>Collaborating with an external provider to ensure accurate payroll and benefits processing</li><li>Analyzing compensation and benefits trends and proposing enhancements to ensure market competitiveness</li><li>Coordinating and actively participating in the organization of corporate &amp; social responsibility events</li><li>Staying up to date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance (strict adherence to GDPR)</li><li>Participating in Group-level HR projects and cross-functional organizational initiatives</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>BSc in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a MSc in Human Resources or MBA is considered a strong plus</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a multinational, industrial, or high-tech environment</li><li>Proven experience designing and managing&nbsp;Learning &amp; Development&nbsp;programs</li><li>Solid understanding of performance management frameworks and implementation</li><li>Familiarity with Greek labor legislation and HR compliance best practices</li><li>Experience working with external payroll providers and managing compensation and benefits</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS tools)</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset</li><li>Excellent communication skills; personable and engaging</li><li>Passionate about employee development and growth</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships</li><li>High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality</li><li>Proven ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner</li></ul>Benefits provided by the company:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package and annual bonus scheme</li><li>Group Life and Medical Plan</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and training</li><li>Friendly and dynamic working environment supporting well-being activities</li><li>Company Bus</li></ul>
