As an In-Store Communications Sr. Specialist, you'll revolutionize in-store experiences with cutting-edge digital tools and interactive solutions to captivate customers and elevate store performance. You’ll Create impactful customer journeys with In Store Touchpoints that drive engagement, elevate store performance, and unlock new monetization opportunities through Retail Media Networks.&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Assisting with in-store marketing initiatives and campaigns to boost market impact and customer appeal.</li><li>Executing immersive experiences to enhance customer engagement.</li><li>Creating content for in Store touchpoints (Digital screens etc) and adapting Brand Campaigns into in store commercial communication messages.</li><li>Adapting key visuals into valuable content for screens, audio, and interactive formats. We are looking for a talented and driven CRM Campaign Specialist to join our CRM &amp; Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple channels.&nbsp;You have a challenging mission:You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through effective, data-driven campaign management. This is a hands-on operational role that also requires a strong understanding of the broader business landscape, enabling you to align campaign strategies with company objectives and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
