Your skills<ul><li>Previous experience of replacing hardware components (Motherboards, Hard drives, etc).</li><li>Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred.</li><li>Willingness to be in a On Call rotation with other team members, including working after hours and weekends.</li><li>Problem solving.</li><li>Customer focus.</li><li>Driving licence.</li><li>English skills.</li></ul>Your tasks<ul><li>&nbsp;Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided.</li><li>This includes responding promptly to client requests for technical support, either on-site or remotely, depending on the client’s needs and the project’s scope.</li><li>Performing equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs for clients' desktops, laptops, RPOS. and printers.</li><li>Willingness to learn and become part of a role that will include Data Centers, servers, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Providing technical support for HP servers and data center equipment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>This includes diagnosing and resolving server and data center-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.</li><li>Provide day to day support at the customer locations within a geographical region(s).</li><li>Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment. &nbsp;</li></ul>Be part of usHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
