• Υπεύθυνος υποδομών της εταιρείας• Αντιμετώπιση και επίλυση προβλημάτων λειτουργικού συστήματος, εντοπισμός βλαβών υλικού• Ρύθμιση υπολογιστών και κινητών συσκευών• Εγκατάσταση και διαμόρφωση λογισμικού και συστημάτων υπολογιστών• Δημιουργία λογαριασμών νέων χρηστών και επίλυση προβλημάτων πρόσβασης ή σύνδεσης• Καθημερινή παρακολούθηση και συντήρηση διακομιστών• Backup system (tape library, storages, disaster recovery)• Network administrator (routing, firewalling)• VOIP-Τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, συντονισμός παρόχου κινητής τηλεφωνίας• Συντονισμός των διαδικασιών αγορών και υπεύθυνος για τη διαχείριση περιουσιακών στοιχείων• Υποστήριξη λογισμικού και υλικού τοπικών χρηστών• Εγκατάσταση νέου λογισμικού, αναβαθμίσεις συστημάτων, αξιολόγηση και εγκατάσταση ενημερώσεων σε διακομιστές και συστήματα&nbsp;• Σύνταξη τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, εκτιμήσεων και εξοπλισμού πληροφορικής• Ρύθμιση σταθμών εργασίας και απαραίτητων περιφερειακών συσκευών• Παροχή υποστήριξης στους χρήστες της εταιρείας μας• Συμμετοχή σε έργα που σχετίζονται με την πληροφορική Απαραίτητα προσόντα• Πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου στην Τεχνολογία της Πληροφορίας, στην Επιστήμη των Υπολογιστών, ή σε σχετικό τομέα• Περίπου 2 χρόνια σχετικής εμπειρίας στην Τεχνική Υποστήριξη σε περιβάλλοντα Windows/Linux/Mac OS• Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλοντα δικτύωσης που περιλαμβάνουν Cisco, Watchguard, κλπ• Καλή γνώση&nbsp;windows domain services (Active Directory, DFS, ADFS, DNS, Wins)&nbsp;• Καλή κατανόηση των λύσεων CTI και&nbsp;VoIP τηλεφωνικών κέντρων• Εμπειρία διαχείρισης Office 365 και Google Workspace• Καλή γνώση των σύγχρονων λύσεων δημιουργίας αντιγράφων ασφαλείας• Καλή γνώση του λειτουργικού συστήματος Windows Server• Άριστη ικανότητα διάγνωσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων• Ισχυρές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου• Πιστοποίηση Microsoft (MCSE) ή ισοδύναμη θα θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα Παροχές• Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών βάσει εμπειρίας και δεξιοτήτων• Υπολογιστής, Κινητό τηλέφωνο• Συνεχής εκπαίδευση και προοπτικές εξέλιξης
