We currently have an opportunity for the Assistant Director of Security to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!&nbsp;Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Assistant Director of Security is responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort safety, loss prevention, and emergency preparedness.&nbsp; This role ensures the security and well-being of guests, employees, and assets through effective leadership, training, risk management, and coordination with local authorities.&nbsp;In an ultra-luxury environment, the Assistant Director of Security must maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and guest sensitivity, balancing robust safety protocols with the resort’s atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity.&nbsp;The role supports the resort’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through a flawless and safe physical environment.&nbsp;Our Ideal Assistant Director of Security candidate will have:&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in hotel or resort security, preferably in a luxury environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of Greek security laws, fire safety codes, and local emergency procedures.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Certified in First Aid / CPR / AED; additional safety or crisis management training preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; fluency in English required, Greek preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Computer proficiency: MS Office, CCTV and access control systems, incident management software.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.&nbsp;</li></ul>Working Conditions&nbsp;<ul><li>Predominantly on-site role with both administrative and field duties.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Requires regular walking, standing, and outdoor activity across resort grounds.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>May involve irregular hours, overnight shifts, and on-call responsibilities.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable CCTV Operator to join our security team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and operating Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and surveillance security systems to ensure the safety and security of our operations.
