quality requirements and relevant standards</li><li>Experience of working autonomously, as the position requires leadership, decision making and problem solving &nbsp;</li><li>Conversant with construction management tools (i.e. &nbsp;Project controls, scheduling, monitoring and document control), MS Project, MS Planner, MS Office, Autodesk BIM, Procore etc.</li><li>Demonstrable experience of construction cost, schedule, risk, technical and quality management, and quality control</li><li>Conversant with construction, environmental and safety requirements, and legislation</li><li>An understanding of standard contract forms and contract management</li><li>English and Greek: fluent speaker &nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrable ability to work in matrix organizations and to operate in a culturally diverse international environment</li><li>Team player with demonstrable leadership qualities</li><li>Must have experience in reading grid works standard drawings</li><li>Substation Platform construction – Earthworks</li><li>Earth grid installation including copper joints and earth tails experience</li><li>Yard stone and Kerb stone installation experience&nbsp;</li><li>Transformer plinth construction knowledge</li><li>Transformer bund wall and Oil dam installation knowledge</li><li>Experience on transformer slipway construction</li><li>Transformer rigging experience</li><li>Subsoil drainage installation experience</li><li>Earth resistivity and earth continuity tests knowledge</li><li>Construction of the equipment support foundations and earth tails installation experience</li><li>Equipment steel support installation</li><li>Experience in reading lattice tower assembly drawings</li><li>Primary equipment installation experience</li><li>Stringing of conductor experience and termination knowledge</li><li>Installation of control cables and protection cables experience</li><li>Control plant installation experience</li><li>Indoor switchgear installation experience</li><li>Experience on assembling and erection of gantries&nbsp;</li><li>Experienced and knowledge on installation of tubular bus bars, electrical equipment, earthing,&nbsp;</li><li>Be authorised or licensed to do HV switching, very experience on isolation protocols and usage of earth links and substation barricading principles</li><li>Knowledge and experience on overhead transmission lines will be an added advantage.</li><li>Lock Out Tag Out procedure in depth knowledge</li><li>Substation Work Permit System in depth knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Control building construction experience including false floors and cable ladders installation knowledge</li><li>Logistics and material management experience</li><li>Quality management experience</li><li>In addition to the duties mentioned above, the job holder is required to carry out other duties that are in essence part of his area of activity, according to his knowledge and abilities.</li><li>National and international travel will be required in line with business requirements&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Desirable Attributes<ul><li>Any further language, German, French, Italian</li><li>Possess a strong drive and have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Result and detailed-orientated approach</li><li>Engineering and Design abilities</li><li>RTK Drone experience</li><li>IOS experience</li></ul>You have more to offer?
