We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.</li><li>A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.</li><li>Broaden your network:&nbsp;We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams</li><li>Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation. </li></ul>ABOUT THE JOB<ul><li>You'll define and implement the right product portfolio for each destination, adjusting for current and potential clients while tracking main KPIs with local product development teams.</li><li>We'll rely on you to ensure our programs are up-to-date, rates are extended, and content is updated and translated as required across our platforms.</li><li>You'll support defining and maintaining production guidelines and minimum standards for loading, content, supply, and local development teams.</li><li>Working as a key admin user for our Nezasa platform, you'll stay updated with the newest releases and coordinate with stakeholders to enable the best solutions for each partner.</li><li>Your expertise will help highlight certain tours through various channels such as marketing newsletters, platform positioning, and white label pages.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams including supply, sales, business excellence and operations, you'll ensure seamless product setup and optimal platform performance.</li></ul>ABOUT YOU<ul><li>You have proven experience in product management or a related field, with strong analytical skills to lead market analysis.</li><li>Your excellent coordination and communication skills enable you to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage projects simultaneously.</li><li>We value your strategic thinking and proactive approach to solving complex problems and driving business growth.</li><li>You're detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency, ensuring our products meet company standards and client expectations.</li><li>Your proficiency in managing KPIs and ensuring product compliance with guidelines will be essential for success in this role.</li><li>Experience with the Nezasa platform or similar systems would be beneficial but is not required.</li></ul>From a workplace to a place to belong.
