As a hostess/host you will…<ul><li>Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery</li><li>Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards</li><li>Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures</li><li>Schedule reservations and gather additional information of guest ‘s preferences</li><li>Prevent and handle guest issues and concerns in an efficient and professional manner</li></ul>​Entry Requirements:<ul><li>Have experience in a similar role.
