Λόγω σημαντικής ανάπτυξης στον τομέα των υπηρεσιών επιτήρησης, επιθυμούμε να εντάξουμε άμεσα στην ομάδα του Επιχειρησιακού Κέντρου Ασφαλείας Διαχειριστή Συμβάντων Ασφαλείας&nbsp;(SOC–Security Incidents Administrator)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Περιοχή: Μεταμόρφωση, ΑττικήςΗ θέση αναφέρεται στον προϊστάμενο του Επιχειρησιακού Κέντρου Ασφαλείας και αφορά εργασία είτε πλήρους (πενθήμερης) απασχόλησης σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες, είτε μερικής (προσαρμοσμένης) απασχόλησης στο 24ωρο&nbsp;Επιχειρησιακό Κέντρο Ασφαλείας.Τα στελέχη του επιχειρησιακού κέντρου εργάζονται σε ομάδες και είναι υπεύθυνα για τη διαχείριση των σημάτων των συστημάτων ασφαλείας με σκοπό την προστασία της ζωής και της περιουσίας των συνδρομητών μας.Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης:<ul><li>Διαχείριση των εισερχομένων από συστήματα ασφάλειας σημάτων στο Επιχειρησιακό Κέντρο Ασφαλείας</li><li>Συν-αξιολόγηση των σημάτων, τυχόν οπτικού υλικού, δεδομένων εκ των τηλεφωνικών επικοινωνιών για την πλήρη κατανόηση της αιτίας και διαβάθμισης του περιστατικού.</li><li>Ενεργοποίηση κατά περίπτωση του κατάλληλου πρωτοκόλλου διαχείρισης προς αποτροπή ή περιορισμού του κινδύνου.</li><li>Διασφάλιση άριστης ικανοποίηση πελατών μέσω της τήρησης των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών της ολοκληρωμένης τηλεφωνικής υποστήριξης και ενημέρωσης των συνδρομητών και άλλων εμπλεκόμενων μερών</li><li>Τήρηση των εταιρικών αρχών και αξιών λειτουργίας</li></ul>Απαιτήσεις Θέσης:<ul><li>Οργάνωση, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα στην ολοκλήρωση εργασιών.</li><li>Άριστες Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες με πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση (Επικοινωνία με πελάτες προς ενημέρωση σχετικά με τα ληφθεντα σήματα η και συλλογή σχετικών με το συμβάν δεδομένων).</li><li>Βασικές γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ</li><li>Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο.</li><li>Άδεια υπηρεσιών ασφαλείας (Security) ή πρόθεση απόκτησης της (επιδοτούμενη με προϋποθέσεις από την εταιρεία)</li><li>Σχετική προϋπηρεσία σε Κέντρο Λήψης Σημάτων ή Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σε κλάδο τεχνολογίας θα εκτιμηθεί καθώς και τυχόν εξοικείωση με πρόγραμμα διαχείρισης εισερχομένων σημάτων, κλήσεων ή ticketing</li><li>Σπουδές με τεχνολογική κατεύθυνση όπως Ηλεκτρονικά,, Τηλεπικοινωνίες ή Αυτοματισμούς θα εκτιμηθεί (π.χ.
