The Financial Analyst role will be part of Finance Shares Service Team , will be supporting the G&amp;A Corporate Controller in analysing, budgeting/ forecasting overhead costs and finally reporting to key stakeholders.&nbsp;OPPORTUNITIES• Responsible for monthly analysis of G&amp;A costs and on-time reporting.• Conduct detailed cost analysis vs. budget/forecast, analyze past results, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.• Prepare monthly departmental reports distributed to senior departmental heads.• Prepare detailed budget/forecast model (including department-level).• Contribute to the analysis and validation of budget requests.• Assist in identification of risks and opportunities within preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles.• Analysis and report of the Fixed Asset Register in addition to capex forecast.• Liaise with AP and GL teams as well as Statutory Financial Controllers in order to ensure correct accounting treatment of transactions.• Ensure compliance with group policies and maintain records to enable audit.• Adherence to the SLA Timelines and Reporting requirements.• Coordinate with G&amp;A team or other finance members to review financial information.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency&nbsp;SKILLS• Bachelor Degree in Finance &amp; Accounting.• 5 years financial accounting, analysis and reporting experience preferable in a multinational company.• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP) – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.&nbsp;Oracle/Hyperion use will be considered an asset.• Very good analytical and planning skills.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate efficiently at all levels.• Self-starter with high ethical standards; flexible, assertive, dynamic, resourceful; hands on.• Focus on continuous improvement, comfortable to embed technology in daily tasks.• Proficiency in English is a must.&nbsp;&nbsp;VALUES<ul><li>Care&nbsp;about building relationship with key stakeholders.</li><li>Commit to approaching your tasks with great attention to detail.</li><li>Collaborate&nbsp;with Senior Leaders, Financial Controllers, and your colleagues.</li><li>Challenge&nbsp;yourself to proactively improve your work and bring added value for yourself and for the team.</li></ul> &nbsp;SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include:<ul><li>Maternity leave:&nbsp;Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month </li><li>Civil Partnership:&nbsp;1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
