Currently we are searching to hire a&nbsp;Head of&nbsp;Licensing who will be responsible &nbsp;for leading a multidisciplinary team , ensuring all renewable energy projects comply with permitting, environmental and regulatory frameworks.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Lead and develop a team of experienced Engineers by setting priorities, allocating resources effectively, defining KPIs and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all permitting and licensing activities.</li><li>Act as &nbsp;the primal liaison with national and regional authorities, environmental agencies and grid operators to secure permits and resolve regulatory challenges efficiently.</li><li>Ensure full environmental compliance across the operating portfolio by coordinating with O&amp;M teams on the implementation and update of Environmental Terms Approval and monitoring obligations.</li><li>Monitor legislative, planning and grid-policy developments and advise management on their strategic impact on the company’s project portfolio.</li><li>Define and approve scope of work, budgets and performance indicators for external consultants to ensure effective, cost-efficient technical and permitting support.</li><li>Improve internal permitting and licensing processes by developing standardized procedures, document templates and reporting tools that promote transparency and auditability.</li><li>Recommend operational improvements, including staffing levels, recruitment priorities and technology upgrades, to maintain a high-performing permitting function</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s in Engineering, Environmental Science, Spatial/Urban &nbsp;Planning or related field</li><li>Master’s degree in Renewable-Energy Development, Environmental Management or Energy Policy is considered a plus.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in leading permitting and early-stage development activities for RES projects</li><li>Proven &nbsp;track record in assessing project feasibility, identify permitting and grid risks, structure development timelines and drive projects to investment decision stage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of national and EU planning, environmental and grid-connection frameworks, including permitting pathways and regulatory approval processes</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and people management experience, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Excellent analytical, communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex regulatory environments.</li><li>Ability to travel</li></ul>&nbsp;

Electrician / Ηλεκτρολόγος

As a Submarine Cable Station Engineer, you will be focused on managing submarine cable systems and facilities at the Tympaki Station in Crete, Greece, ensuring operational readiness and customer service quality. The role involves supervision, incident management, and collaboration across various teams (Station Staff Cable Noc, Station customers, Submarine, Deployment &amp; Operations teams) to maintain network stability and support submarine cable operations. Submarine Cable Engineer

As a Submarine Cable Senior Enginee, you will be focused on managing submarine cable systems and facilities at the Tympaki Station in Crete, Greece, ensuring operational readiness and customer service quality. The role involves supervision, incident management, and collaboration across various teams (Station Staff Cable Noc, Station customers, Submarine, Deployment &amp; Operations teams) to maintain network stability and support submarine cable operations. Be the main responsible in the station as a Station manager role. The role involves leading by example and supporting adhoc projects as and when necessary. More spesifically, you will:&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Be the main contact for the Station as Station Manager role. Supervision and manage of submarine equipment in the Cable Stations-Station routines. Attend incidences when on call. Being able to Manage, support, maintain and control the NOC when need and the cable station equipments. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Project manager for new built and Supervision and manage the facilities in the station to detect any malfunction and prevent outages for the submarine equipment . Coordinate and assist for maintenance periodical operations of the facilities as well as coordinate new built budget and vendors. Comply with the Plan of work, deriverables and Budget. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain knowledge and experience of the various aspects of the submarine equipment management. Maintain relationship with submarine Customers and Submarine engineering team as well as Deployment team • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support on submarine cuts.
