D365 Customer Engagement (CE) (PCF) Developer will play a pivotal role in delivering D365 solutions that streamline the company sales and customer management processes. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. As a Tech Lead – SAP Commerce Cloud, oversees all development activities within the product lifecycle, providing technical leadership and mentorship to other developers. Responsible for designing and implementing high-quality solutions aligned with SAP Commerce and Mirakl best practices, particularly for complex, cross-system requirements. Collaborates closely with the Solution Architect on performance improvement initiatives and the architecture of new functionalities. Works in partnership with the DevOps team, Product Manager, and Solution Manager to define business specifications, break them down into actionable backlog items, and estimate sequencing and effort through story points.
