Associate Lawyer (Tax) int-0310

Currently we are searching to hire a&nbsp;Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading renewable energy projects (wind, PV, BESS, PSH) during the development stage. Acting as the single point of accountability for the project, the Project Manager coordinates internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget, and in line with the approved business case.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Coordinate all work streams related to licensing, engineering, procurement, cPPA signing, financial modelling and trigger all required processes for the development of the project</li><li>Manage day to day cooperation with JV partners, stakeholders and local communities</li><li>Ensure project progress is accordance to budget and timeline</li><li>Report project progress to top management</li><li>Provide expert opinion during litigation processes</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project progress and local community opposition</li><li>Develop and maintain the integrated project execution plan and schedule, consolidating inputs from licensing, real estate, engineering, construction, finance and energy management.</li><li>Coordinate the preparation, update and validation of the project business case and financial model assumptions (capex, opex, schedule, availability, energy yield, revenues).</li><li>Chair regular project meetings and ensure clear task allocation, follow-up and communication across all involved functions.</li><li>Manage the project risk register, identify key risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation measures.</li><li>Oversee permitting and land acquisition progress together with Licensing and Real Estate teams, ensuring that permitting and land status are consistent with project milestones, financing requirements and construction needs.</li><li>Support the Head of Project Development in identifying and evaluating energy project opportunities, in Greece and abroad, across different technologies (wind/ offshore wind, photovoltaic, hydro, BESS and other), coordinating with other partners and co-investors where applicable</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical field</li><li>Master’ degree in Scientific or Technical or Project Management related field</li><li>At least 8 years of relative professional experience with 5 of them in the Renewable Energy Sources field projects accompanied by a proven track-record of projects successfully developed</li><li>Strong understanding of the development process of renewable energy projects</li><li>Experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.</li><li>Familiarity with energy project development, transmission and power project engineering</li><li>Familiarity with the RES regulatory and licensing framework</li><li>Strong project management skills</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Organizational and Time management skills</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Ability to travel</li></ul>
