As a Mechanical Engineer – Building Systems &amp; Facilities , you will take on the challenge of delivering complex electromechanical projects across large-scale corporate office environments. From design and compliance to construction supervision and ESG-driven initiatives, you will play a key role in shaping efficient, sustainable, and fully compliant building infrastructure.&nbsp;What your day to day will include:<ul><li>Designing and delivering electromechanical projects within HQ premises</li><li>Preparing technical presentations including design proposals, budgeting, and ROI analysis</li><li>Incorporating ESG initiatives into project designs, with a focus on CO₂ emissions reduction and sustainability improvements</li><li>Reviewing and analyzing design plans to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and technical standards</li><li>Preparing technical specifications and tender documentation in line with Greek regulatory requirements</li><li>Collaborating with Procurement teams to define RFP requirements and technical specifications</li><li>Working closely with Legal teams to support contract preparation and ensure compliance requirements are met</li><li>Supervising the construction and implementation of electromechanical and fire protection installations</li><li>Liaising with Fire Brigade authorities and handling all related approvals and compliance processes</li></ul>&nbsp;What you’ll bring:<ul><li>BSc Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree will be considered an asset</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in large-scale office or corporate building environments</li><li>Proven experience in the design and implementation of electromechanical building installations</li><li>Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, fire protection regulations, and the applicable legal and regulatory framework</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English, written and verbal</li></ul>&nbsp;

This role involves identifying the causes of machine malfunctions, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service.
