We are currently looking for a&nbsp;Procurement Engineer&nbsp;to join our Technical &amp; Procurement team at our offices in Thessaloniki.&nbsp;As a&nbsp;Procurement Engineer, you manage RFQs, evaluate supplier offers based on technical compliance and cost, and support supplier selection in collaboration with Design and Project teams.&nbsp;You ensure all equipment meets project specifications, conduct technical due diligence, and contribute to technical documentation for contracts and agreements.&nbsp;Your role will encompass:<ul><li>Initiates tenders (RFQs) to Suppliers based on commercial input from Project Management teams and technical input from the Design Team</li><li>Evaluates tender results and presents summaries of the tendering process, including technical compliance ranking and pricing ranking</li><li>Collaborates with the Design Team to review technical solutions provided by Suppliers before approving them for fabrication</li><li>Takes responsibility for the Technical Due Diligence of new products and Suppliers, in coordination with the Design Team</li><li>Collaborates with the Design Team to draft the technical appendices of Supplier Agreements and submits them to the Project Management Team</li><li>Works alongside the Design Team to audit and review the technical appendices of EPC Contracts, providing feedback to the Project Management Team</li><li>Ensures that purchased equipment aligns with the technical specifications set forth by the Owner and Design Team</li><li>Organizes and submits technical documentation to the Owner or Owner’s Engineer throughout the bidding, financing, contracting, construction, and delivery phases</li><li>Stays updated on relevant legislation and international standards</li><li>Collaborates with the Construction Team to address any non-conformities related to equipment delivered on site</li></ul>&nbsp;What you bring to the role: <ul><li>University Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering&nbsp;</li><li>2+ years of experience in procurement for power plants or electromechanical installations</li><li>Professional experience with international clients and projects in the Solar Market is desirable</li><li>Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Fluency in English is a must</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong planning and organizational abilities</li><li>Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Capable of effectively conveying ideas, facts, and technical information to various levels of management and technical teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Share the same Value Based Behaviors:&nbsp;<ul><li>People &amp; Personal growth</li><li>Results orientation &amp; Safety excellence</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Trust</li><li>Empathy &amp; Effective communication</li><li>Flexibility &amp; Adaptability</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package&nbsp;</li><li>Ticket Restaurant Card&nbsp;</li><li>Group Health Insurance Plan&nbsp;</li><li>Preferential household electricity plan&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Pension Plan&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;

Care about transforming the Banking landscape.Commit to being part of an exciting culture and product evolving within the financial industry.Collaborate effectively and proactively with teams within or outside Temenos.Challenge yourself to be ambitious and achieve your individual as well as the company targets.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Procurement Execution<ul><li>Execute low‑value and high‑volume IT &amp; Cloud purchases (software, SaaS, tools, subscriptions).</li><li>Manage standard renewals below defined thresholds (e.g. &lt;10k / non‑complex renewals).</li><li>Support Purchase Requisition (PR) creation, follow‑up and closure with Finance and requestors.</li></ul>Contract &amp; Document Management<ul><li>Coordinate contract workflows via DocuSign (routing, chasing, completeness checks).</li><li>Maintain accurate contract records (values, owners, renewal dates, auto‑renew flags).</li><li>Support renewal calendar hygiene and ensure trackers are always up to date.</li></ul>Procurement Credit Card Ownership<ul><li>Own end‑to‑end IT procurement credit card process.</li><li>Collect invoices, reconcile monthly statements and liaise with Finance.</li><li>Maintain a clean audit trail and supporting documentation.</li></ul>Governance &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Ensure procurement requests follow Global Procurement Policy.</li><li>Support governance of trials, zero‑cost tools and small software requests.</li><li>Act as first‑line control for completeness and compliance.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Data Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain IT &amp; Cloud procurement trackers in excel.</li><li>Produce standard monthly operational reports (renewals, volumes, ownership).</li><li>Flag upcoming risks, missing ownership or data gaps early.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1–3 years experience in Procurement, Operations or Contract Administration.</li><li>Basic understanding of IT / SaaS / software purchasing concepts.</li><li>Strong organisational and follow‑up skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and audit mindset.</li><li>Strong Excel skills and comfort with trackers.</li><li>Fluent English; able to work with global stakeholders.</li></ul>Success Measures<ul><li>Measurable reduction in senior procurement execution workload</li><li>Improved renewal predictability and data quality</li><li>Faster turnaround for low‑value requests</li><li>Clean audit trail for credit card and contracts The role is a fixed‑term contract position for a period of 12 months</li></ul> SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include:<ul><li>Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month</li><li>Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
