Ο/Η νέος/α συνάδελφος θα συμμετέχει στην οργάνωση, το συντονισμό και την εφαρμογή των στρατηγικών αποφάσεων και ενεργειών του τμήματος πωλήσεων.&nbsp;Η θέση ανήκει στην Εμπορική Διεύθυνση και αναφέρεται στo Sales Management Team.Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α πρέπει να διαθέτει αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στις πωλήσεις και στη διαχείριση πελατών και ομάδας πωλητών. Θα πρέπει να διακρίνεται από πωλησιακό πάθος, να έχει τη νοοτροπία του πωλητή που πετυχαίνει τους στόχους του και την όρεξη να φέρνει αποτελέσματα σε όρους ανάπτυξης τζίρου και γκάμας στους πελάτες. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος πρέπει να διαθέτει εμπορική αντίληψη και να έχει αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία σε μεγάλο και οργανωμένο τμήμα Εμπορικής Διεύθυνσης σε μεγάλη εταιρεία με&nbsp;product&nbsp;portfolio. Η ύπαρξη οργανωτικού προφίλ, ομαδικότητας, διαπραγματευτικής ικανότητας, συνέπειας και οι εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες είναι απαραίτητες για την επιτυχία.Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Συντονίζει και παρακολουθεί τη λειτουργία ομάδας πωλητών</li><li>Αναλύει ποσοτικά/ποιοτικά και αξιολογεί τα αποτελέσματα της ομάδας</li><li>Συντάσσει συγκριτικές εκθέσεις και προβλέψεις και κάνει προτάσεις/σχέδια βελτιστοποίησης</li><li>Διαχειρίζεται ομάδες πελατών που πληρούν συγκεκριμένα κριτήρια τζίρου, μεγέθους και δυναμικής</li><li>Συμμετέχει σε συναντήσεις με πελάτες και προσφέρει after-sales support όποτε κρίνεται χρήσιμο</li><li>Συμβάλλει στον ετήσιο εμπορικό σχεδιασμό με αναλύσεις/ιδέες, συμβάλλοντας στην οργάνωση των ομάδων του Τμήματος Πωλήσεων</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Απαραίτητη Εμπειρία &amp; Γνώσεις:<ul><li>Πτυχίο Deree ή Ανώτατης σχολής με Οικονομική κατεύθυνση, Management ή Marketing. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε αντίστοιχους τομείς θα εκτιμηθεί</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 7 ετών σε μεγάλα και οργανωμένα εμπορικά τμήματα εταιριών, ως υπεύθυνος/η πωλήσεων – με υψηλούς δείκτες επίτευξης στόχων και σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο οργάνωσης και διοίκησης λειτουργιών πωλήσεων</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών στην καθοδήγηση/διαχείριση ομάδας</li><li>Εμπειρία να συντονίζει και να οργανώνει μεγάλες ομάδες και πολύ-επίπεδα εμπορικά σχήματα</li><li>Εμπειρία να διαχειρίζεται απαιτητικούς πελάτες, να αξιολογεί στοιχεία όπως τζίρο καταστήματος, προϊοντική γκάμα και portfolio ειδών και με βάση αυτά να κατηγοριοποιεί και να θέτει προτεραιότητες σε πελάτες ή ομάδες πελατών</li><li>Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση προϊόντων (ιδανικά επώνυμων) με σημαντικές διαφοροποιήσεις και κατηγοριοποιήσεις ανά κατηγορία πελάτη</li><li>Εμπειρία να συνεργάζεται με πλήθος ατόμων διαφόρων τμημάτων (πωλήσεις, marketing, IT, λογιστήριο, διακίνηση κλπ)</li><li>Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, ιδανικά επιπέδου Proficiency. Sales Team Leader
