Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα επιβλέπει την ομάδα του πλυντηρίου, διαχειριζόμενος/η την παραγωγή, τη συντήρηση των μηχανημάτων και την τήρηση των προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Εξασφαλίζει την ομαλή λειτουργία της παραγωγής, διατηρώντας τα υψηλά πρότυπα της εταιρείας.</li><li>Επιβλέπει το πλύσιμο, το σιδέρωμα και τη διανομή των λινών εντός των προβλεπόμενων χρονικών ορίων.</li><li>Οργανώνει και διαχειρίζεται την ομάδα πλυντηρίων, κατανέμοντας σωστά τις αρμοδιότητες.</li><li>Καταρτίζει το εβδομαδιαίο πρόγραμμα εργασίας του προσωπικού.</li><li>Διασφαλίζει την καθαριότητα και τη σωστή συντήρηση του χώρου και του εξοπλισμού των πλυντηρίων.</li><li>Παρακολουθεί και διαχειρίζεται τη σωστή λειτουργία των μηχανημάτων, προβαίνοντας σε τακτικούς ελέγχους και συντήρηση.</li><li>Τηρεί όλους τους κανόνες ασφάλειας και εφαρμόζει τις προβλεπόμενες περιβαλλοντικές πρακτικές στο πλαίσιο των διαδικασιών του τμήματος.</li><li>Συνεργάζεται με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την έγκαιρη και σωστή παράδοση των λινών.</li></ul>&nbsp;Προσόντα:<ul><li>Απόφοιτος Λυκείου ή Τεχνικής Σχολής.</li><li>Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχειακό ή βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον.</li><li>Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης ομάδων, εξασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του τμήματος.</li><li>Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.</li><li>Γνώση χειρισμού βιομηχανικών πλυντηρίων και εξοπλισμού.</li><li>Βασικές γνώσεις Η/Υ για την καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας.</li><li>Κατανόηση και εφαρμογή συστημάτων διαχείρισης ποιότητας ISO 9001, 14001 &amp; 22000.</li><li>Γνώση κανονισμών ασφάλειας και υγιεινής στον χώρο εργασίας.</li></ul>&nbsp;Δεξιότητες και εμπειρία:<ul><li>Ικανότητα ηγεσίας και καθοδήγησης ομάδας σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.</li><li>Διοικητικές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση της παραγωγής.</li><li>Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες για άριστη συνεργασία με τους συνεργάτες και τα άλλα τμήματα.</li><li>Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης κρίσεων.</li><li>Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η υψηλή ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών.</li><li>Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε αλλαγές και απαιτήσεις του Ομίλου.</li></ul>Στο πλαίσιο της παραπάνω θέσης, η εταιρία προσφέρει:<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών και παροχών.</li><li>Διαμονή (για κατοίκους εκτός περιοχής).</li><li>Ευκαιρίες επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης σε έναν συνεχώς αναπτυσσόμενο Όμιλο.</li><li>Θετικό και υποστηρικτικό περιβάλλον εργασίας σε έναν οργανισμό που σέβεται τους ανθρώπους του, το περιβάλλον και τις τοπικές κοινωνίες.</li></ul>Για όλες τις αιτήσεις και τα στοιχεία που θα υποβληθούν, θα τηρηθεί απόλυτη εμπιστευτικότητα.

Προϊστάμενος Πλυντηρίων

Control the Food and Beverage cost and outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis for food &amp; beverage and communicating with relevant parties. Review cost on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and take corrective action where required.Actively seeking ways to improve the hotel spending and cost controls.Leading the month-end stock-taking for all outlets in the hotel.Support the chefs to ensure all menu recipes and buffets are accurately costed. Upload the recipes to ERP and do the mapping with the PoS system.Reconcile PoS sales with outlets orders to secure maximum accuracy. Produce on demand food &amp; beverage control related reports/recommendations.Food &amp; Beverage Costing: working to optimize F&amp;B menus and costs.What will you bring?Good analytics and reporting skills. High-level attention to detail.Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel.Experience with Accounting System or cost &amp; inventory systems.1 year of experience in a similar position. We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Executive Project Manager to oversee and support the progress and success of key projects across various corporate and hotel operation departments, including Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, IT, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and others.
