We are seeking a motivated&nbsp;Procurement Specialist&nbsp;to join our dynamic team and support them in ensuring the seamless provision of materials and services, all while managing costs efficiently.📌 Location: Athens (North Suburbs)📍 Working Model: Hybrid🖋️You will be reporting to: Procurement ManagerWhat You&nbsp;will Do:<ul><li>Conduct market research to identify the best suppliers.</li><li>Select and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.</li><li>Evaluate bids and offers to make informed procurement decisions.</li><li>Process supplier orders and follow up on deliveries.</li><li>Check invoices and resolve any price discrepancies.</li><li>Produce and maintain detailed procurement reports.</li><li>Evaluate and qualify suppliers to ensure top quality.</li><li>Support monthly budget processes, workflows, and accurate cost analyses.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>3 years of experience, with minimum 1 year in procurement or contract management.</li><li>A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance.</li><li>Fluency both in Greek and English languages, oral and written.</li></ul>Specific Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems like Entersoft ERP is a plus.</li><li>Experience with reporting is a plus.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle stress, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li></ul>What you will gain:✔️&nbsp;A competitive compensation package⚕️&nbsp;Private Health Insurance🏫&nbsp;Trainings and Certifications🏋️‍️&nbsp;Friendly and dynamic working environment&nbsp;⚖️&nbsp;Work-Life Balance initiatives👥&nbsp;A Buddy who will support you with your onboarding&nbsp;&nbsp;
