As a Senior HR Implementation Manager, you will lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). You will oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. As our EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the proper execution of utility scale PV and/or Hybrid projects on time, within budget and scope. Project management activities include schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, contracts, engineering, integration, compliance, stakeholder management throughout the execution of the projects.&nbsp;This role also includes the projects’ preliminary phase, where you will coordinate all preparation activities prior to EPC contract signing and you will support throughout negotiations with clients.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Accountable for the successful execution of the EPC projects, from design phase through completion, energisation and handover.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered on-time. Keep overview of budgetary objectives, identify discrepancies, and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within scope.
