The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for accomplishing sales targets within Central Europe/Benelux, by maintaining and expanding Olympia Electronics’ customer base.Your key responsibilities include<ul><li>Applying corporate commercial policy</li><li>Generating sales in area of responsibility by supporting current customer base, as well as sourcing new clients</li><li>Processing and following up on orders, problem solving</li><li>Participating in trade fairs</li><li>Participating in goal setting, monitoring sales performance and achievement of objectives</li><li>Reporting</li></ul>What you bring to the team<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering/Business Administration/Economics/Marketing</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales</li><li>Very good understanding of technological concepts</li><li>Proven work experience and knowledge of area of responsibility (culture, mentality of central European countries)</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Negotiating skills</li><li>Very good data analysis &amp; reporting skills</li><li>Team spirit</li><li>Fluent in German, both written and spoken (native speaker or proficiency level)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency level)</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office</li><li>Available to travel (minimum 30% of the time)</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Experience in export sales in the electronic safety &amp; security systems industry will be considered a strong asset</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP/CRM</li><li>Experience with BI / Data Analytics software, preferably TARGIT</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Excellent working environment</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Continuous training and opportunities for further development and prospects</li></ul>About Olympia ElectronicsOlympia Electronics is a world-known company located in Aiginio, just 25 minutes away from Thessaloniki city center.We provide the market with cutting-edge and innovative solutions in the field of safety systems that mainly includes products of security lighting, fire alarms, gas detectors, burglar alarm systems and more.Olympia Electronics exports to 72 countries and collaborates with establishedkey players in the safety systems market.If you want to become a key member in our team, please send us your curriculum vitae the soonest possible at&nbsp;cv@olympia-electronics.gr!&nbsp;
