As a Shipping Operator in Trafigura, you will have the opportunity to join a team that manages one of the world’s largest Time Charter fleets in the world, handling all aspects of Time Charter vessel operations for the company. Shipping Operator

As a Cargo Operator in Trafigura you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of physical shipments (bulk, containers, trucks and rail), identifying the safest and most cost-effective way to transport commodities from point of origin to point of destination. We are seeking to hire a highly analytical and driven professional to join our Credit Team in Athens. The successful candidate will work as part of a group responsible for reviewing and approving credit risk associated with complex transactions across multiple products and business segments, including Gas &amp; Power, Oil, and Freight. The role will involve evaluating credit and performance risks on both short-dated and longer-tenor trades, negotiating directly with external counterparties, and collaborating closely with commercial teams to ensure that exposures remain within acceptable limits. Internal Audit Data Analyst

Company’s activities extend to shipping and bunkering businesses. The main purpose of the role is to be involved in several accounting and controlling activities mainly related legal entities having the abovementioned business objectives and report into the Regional European Controller. The role shall require interaction with various departments in terms of transactions accounting treatment as per IFRS, revenue recognition, expenses classification, PnL finalization, management accounts preparation as well as explanatory commentary reports. Work closely with the shared service centres of Trafigura, provide necessary information for completion of activities as well as support when required and ensure that the activities are carried out appropriately. The position provides the opportunity to work in close proximity with several departments such as deals desk and operations.
