Αναζητούμε υπεύθυνο/η για την εκτέλεση των εγχρήματων συναλλαγών του καταστήματος, την εξυπηρέτηση των καθημερινών αναγκών των πελατών και τη διατήρηση των σχέσεων με το πελατολόγιο των ιδιωτών πελατών που δεν είναι affluent. Θα αναφέρεται στον Branch manager του καταστήματος.Κύριες αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Κύρια αποστολή του ρόλου είναι η αποτελεσματική διεκπεραίωση των γενικών και υποστηρικτικών εργασιών του καταστήματος με ταχύτητα και ακρίβεια</li><li>Υποδέχεται τους πελάτες και τους ενημερώνει για τις κατηγορίες και τα είδη των προϊόντων της τράπεζας</li><li>Διερευνά τις ανάγκες του πελάτη και φροντίζει για την ικανοποίησή τους, προτείνοντας και προωθώντας τα κατάλληλα κατά περίσταση προϊόντα επιδιώκοντας την επίτευξη σταυροειδών πωλήσεων (cross selling)</li><li>Προβαίνει στις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την ολοκλήρωση της πώλησης των προϊόντων και της διεκπεραίωσης με ακρίβεια των συναλλαγών</li><li>Συγκεντρώνει τα απαραίτητα κατά περίπτωση δικαιολογητικά για τον φάκελο του πελάτη και καταχωρεί το αίτημά του.</li></ul>Απαιτούμενες δεξιότητες<ul><li>Πτυχίο ανώτερου/ανώτατου εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος</li><li>Άριστη γνώση των προϊόντων και των διαδικασιών της τράπεζας</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office</li><li>Προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη αποτελεσμάτων</li><li>Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.</li></ul>
