As an&nbsp;Installation Engineer, you will be able to supervise onshore and offshore cable installation and termination works.&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Install, test, and maintain a variety of cable systems, including fiber optics, copper, and coaxial cables</li><li>Provide clear directives to the on-site cable installation team regarding their responsibilities and targets</li><li>Undertake extended periods of work onshore and offshore (Vessels/Offshore Platforms/ Offshore Wind Turbine Generators)</li><li>Manage and supervise installation teams at the plant and at various project sites</li><li>Maintain quality control procedures</li><li>Monitor and control the quality of installation procedure</li><li>Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met</li><li>Maintain comprehensive site records</li><li>Conduct safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety</li><li>Maintain the project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems</li><li>Control project plan and project costs</li><li>Prepare project status report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, and making recommendations for action</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience&nbsp;<ul><li>Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering</li><li>Relevant working experience will be considered as an asset</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Ms Project, Excel &amp; Word)</li><li>Excellent Command of English Language&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations</li><li>Highly Energetic &amp; Motivated</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Company Offers&nbsp;<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>
