nterbeton,&nbsp;has an excellent opportunity for a&nbsp;Sales Representative&nbsp;in Patra, Greece. This role involves managing a customer portfolio with a focus on profitability, market segment penetration, and growth potential, in alignment with the company's guidelines and commercial strategies. The Sales Representative will report directly to the Area Sales Manager.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while promoting and selling Interbeton products to potential customers.</li><li>Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the customer base.</li><li>Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.</li><li>Foster robust and long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing clients.</li><li>Collect, analyze, and maintain data regarding market trends, competitor actions, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Make direct client visits and ensure diligent follow-ups to monitor the growth of their accounts.</li><li>Track sales metrics within assigned territory, ensuring they align with corporate objectives.</li><li>Safeguard the company's interests by ensuring timely and full collection of customer debts as per the corporate credit policy.</li><li>Adhere to TITAN's safety &amp; environmental policies, endorsing best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Prior commercial experience is mandatory.</li><li>Previous sales experience within the construction industry (concrete, aggregates, paving, etc.) or firsthand construction experience will be a significant asset.</li><li>Customer centric mindset</li><li>Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a client-driven philosophy</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications.</li><li>A customer-centric approach to work.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain successful relationships, demonstrating respect and openness to others.</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Driving License</li><li>Military service obligations (if any) must be fulfilled.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Performance bonus • &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepaid cards for supermarket • &nbsp; &nbsp;Private health insurance and annual checkup • &nbsp; &nbsp;Learning and Development opportunities • &nbsp; &nbsp;Summer schools for employee children • &nbsp; &nbsp;Wellness programs
