The ideal candidate will work closely with the production foundries line, gaining hands‑on engineering experience by monitoring processes on the shop floor and actively following up on quality and safety.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Support systematic monitoring of production processes, quality parameters, and health &amp; safety topics.</li><li>Provide daily production support, including follow‑up of production requests, basic material tracking, and coordination with relevant departments.</li><li>Assist in the preparation, review, and update of work instructions and process documentation.</li><li>Monitor and follow up on internal audit actions, ensuring timely implementation and proper documentation.</li><li>Participate in process observations and basic data collection to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Support KPI tracking (e.g. quality indicators, material yield, OEE) and reporting.</li><li>Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and safe operations.</li><li>Contribute to ensuring compliance with safety and environmental rules and procedures.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience&nbsp;<ul><li>MSc in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (relevant internships or thesis work will be considered an asset)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Structured way of working, with attention to detail and follow‑up.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.</li><li>Results and action oriented.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within a production and process‑driven environment</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks applications will be considered an asset.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>&nbsp;The Company Offers&nbsp;<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
