We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef who embodies Aman’s commitment to culinary excellence to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and supporting the development of refined and inspiring dishes. Sous Chef

We are seeking a skilled and service-driven Bartender who embodies Aman’s dedication to warm, personalised and intuitive hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management team, the Bartender plays a key role in crafting refined beverage experiences for our guests.
