The ideal candidate will work closely with the production foundries line, gaining hands‑on engineering experience by monitoring processes on the shop floor and actively following up on quality and safety.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties and responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Supervise and perform electrical / high-voltage tests and measurements</li><li>Coordinate daily laboratory activities and ensure smooth workflow</li><li>Ensure compliance with operating procedures and safety instructions</li><li>Record, check, and organize test results and basic technical documentation</li><li>Guide and support technicians during daily activities</li><li>Identify and report equipment issues, test deviations, or safety concerns</li><li>Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment</li><li>Support laboratory scheduling to avoid delays in production testing</li><li>Follow quality and safety standards applicable to laboratory operations</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a Technological Educational Institution (former TEI – Greece)</li><li>Valid Electrical Installer License (4th Group, Class A – Greece)</li><li>Previous experience in an industrial environment or laboratory setting is considered an asset</li><li>Willingness to work in rotating shifts</li><li>Interest in high-voltage testing and laboratory work</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office)</li><li>Ability to consistently follow procedures and safety rules</li><li>Team-oriented, with good communication skills</li><li>Structured and detail-oriented approach, with strong follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure with effective time management</li><li>Willingness to learn and develop professionally</li><li>Good command of the English language</li></ul>&nbsp;The Company Offers<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>&nbsp;
