This position requires creativity, strong leadership and a hands-on approach, contributing to exceptional dining experiences that reflect Aman’s renowned standards.&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality and smooth workflow.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes in line with Aman standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and guide culinary colleagues through training, mentoring and clear communication.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, portioning and presentation guidelines.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain cleanliness, organisation and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in menu development and seasonal culinary offerings.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor product quality, storage practices and inventory management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to maintaining a positive working environment within the culinary team.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with the Executive Chef team to improve guest satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency.&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A degree in Culinary Arts from a recognised institution in Greece or abroad.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1–2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is considered an asset.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; International experience and knowledge of Asian cuisine is an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in English is desirable.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organisational skills, time management and problem-solving abilities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A creative, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset aligned with Aman values.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You must have the legal right to work in Greece.&nbsp;Benefits&nbsp;At Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
