Area Sales Manager – South Greece

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Assistant (Receptionist) to join our Front Office team at Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Front Office Management Team, the Guest Assistant will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional, personalized service that Amanzoe is known for. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver a warm and seamless welcome and departure experience to all guests.</li><li>Support daily Front Office operations including check-in/out, guest communication, and concierge services.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries and requests with efficiency, discretion, and care.</li><li>Maintain guest profiles and history to ensure a tailored experience.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer thoughtful solutions or assistance.</li><li>Promote in-house services and activities to enhance guest experiences.</li><li>Ensure workspaces and guest-facing areas are kept clean, organized, and professional.</li><li>Uphold Amanzoe’s service standards and brand values in all guest interactions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Front Office or in a Guest Assistant role, ideally in a 5-star luxury resort or hotel.</li><li>Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management from a certified institution.</li><li>Proficiency in Opera PMS or Fidelio is essential, as well as MS Office.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.</li><li>Knowledge of an additional language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, or others) is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging personality.</li><li>High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Legal right to live and work in Greece is required.</li></ul>Benefits At Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
