We are seeking a skilled and service-driven Bartender who embodies Aman’s dedication to warm, personalised and intuitive hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management team, the Bartender plays a key role in crafting refined beverage experiences for our guests. This position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering memorable moments across all dining venues.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails and wine to Aman standards.</li><li>Assist guests with personalised recommendations based on preferences and dining context.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organisation and readiness of the bar area at all times.</li><li>Ensure accurate presentation, garnishing and execution of all beverage items.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams for seamless operations.</li><li>Anticipate guest needs and demonstrate intuitive and refined hospitality.</li><li>Monitor stock, manage replenishments and uphold proper storage practices.</li><li>Follow all hygiene, safety and quality protocols.</li><li>Contribute to an atmosphere of calm, precision and elevated service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.</li><li>Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktail preparation.</li><li>Fluency in verbal Greek and English.</li><li>Additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are an advantage.</li><li>A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>A collaborative, guest-focused and detail-oriented mindset aligned with Aman values.</li><li>You must have the legal right to work in Greece.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
