We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our high caliber team.&nbsp;Your Role<ul><li>Participate in end-to-end implementation of CRM &amp; Mobile solutions (Entersoft SFA/VanSales)</li><li>Analyze needs, gather requirements, and define best practices</li><li>Configure and test solutions based on each client’s business workflows</li><li>Train end users and provide post-go-live support</li><li>Create documentation and manuals, and manage change requests</li><li>Maintain continuous communication with clients, presales, and technical teams</li><li>Play an active role in workshops, reviews, and optimization of configurations</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Very good knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server – essential)</li><li>Good knowledge or experience in CRM, ERP, or mobile apps (preferred)</li><li>Ability to analyze business needs and processes</li><li>Excellent command of Greek &amp; English</li><li>Team spirit, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach</li><li>Experience in software implementations or B2B customer support is a plus</li></ul>&nbsp;Your BenefitsWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
