You will work closely with our real estate team, vendors, and various internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient property management and lease administration. Real Estate Associate

As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will be a member of the Real Estate Team, that actively performs regularly mapping of areas of interest, in order to locate all offered plots of land, or buildings for sale, or lease. Part of your role will be developing and maintaining a network of real estate agents, contractors, banks, real estate companies, property owners and tenants in order to achieve an accurate and complete representation of the market’s offered properties. If you love taking challenges in the fast-moving food retail sector, we want to hear from you!What you will focus on<ul><li>Analyze the distribution of competitive stores</li><li>Work with the Business Intelligence Team in order to analyze population and demographic data and report advantages of each property</li><li>Collect all necessary documents for purchasing or renting building facilities and ensure their timely dispatch to the Legal Team</li><li>Communicate with property owners in order to collect all necessary documents required for the renovation of corporate stores</li><li>Renew leases by renegotiating rent for stores that are planned to be renovated</li><li>Manage the existing portfolio of corporate properties and propose ways to better utilize them</li><li>Participate in cross-departmental projects (Finance, Risk &amp; Control, Business Intelligence) and conduct all necessary reporting</li><li>Conduct Rent Tracker Analysis</li></ul>Who we are looking for<ul><li>Working experience of 1-3 years in a similar position, in the field of real estate, or facility management and utilization. Any experience in a similar retail company or professional real estate management company would be considered an asset</li><li>BA in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field.
