As our Operations Specialist - Courier Supply, you will be responsible for the supply operations in our region and making sure that couriers have everything needed in order to provide the best quality of service throughout all stages of delivery - from our restaurants &amp; retailers to the customers.In our Operations team, no day is the same, so you need to be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and have excellent interpersonal, and community-building skills!&nbsp;What you'll be doing<ul><li>Identify and suggest new opportunities to improve courier supply through data-driven insights and industry trends.</li><li>Use analytical tools and judgment to balance courier supply and demand, ensuring optimal delivery operations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., fleet companies) to align on courier supply goals and strategies.</li><li>Share process improvement ideas and support the development of scalable supply operations.</li><li>Execute and follow up on initiatives prioritized by your manager or team lead, with the opportunity to take ownership of larger projects and workstreams.</li><li>Support the operations supply team in managing courier supply, resolving daily challenges, and ensuring timely deliveries.</li><li>Onboard, retain and grow the number of happy Courier Partners on Wolt’s platform, to ensure a healthy and sustainable delivery operation.</li></ul>Our humble expectations<ul><li>A strong sense of ownership and initiative,&nbsp; you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you’re always looking for ways to improve.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you enjoy connecting with people and motivating those around you.</li><li>A fast learner who can balance attention to detail with a clear view of the bigger picture.</li><li>A hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</li><li>The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with tools such as Excel; knowledge of Looker is a plus</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is required.</li></ul>

Operations Specialist - Courier Supply

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Greece ever since we entered the market in Athens in January 2019, and we've now expanded into 6 other cities as well. As a company we've always prided ourselves on providing truly outstanding customer service&nbsp;and as the business has grown so has our Support team!&nbsp;As such, we need a Shift Planner (WFM) to take responsibility for shift scheduling and headcount planning processes within the Support team. You’ll need to be comfortable with working with data in complex, high-paced service operations environment. In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but is also expected to be an amazing independent contributor with an exceptional ability to execute every single day.What you'll be doing<ul><li>Create and maintain shift schedules for our delivery workforce using our WFM and BI tools and spreadsheets.</li><li>Monitor and analyze shift performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with different teams to ensure staffing levels are optimized.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shift schedules, time off requests, and other related data.
