Drive the successful delivery of fiber and core network projects, manage the systems that support implementation and design new tools / automation solutions to improve delivery efficiency.More specifically you will: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead end-to-end fiber and core network projects • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage project’s coordination &amp; delivery (feasibility, planning, implementation, subcontractor management, SLA/H&amp;S, risk management) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage subcontractor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure SLA and safety compliance. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ND Field &amp; FO design, VBTS, VBU, Legal, Regulatory) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Handle systems management &amp; development (existing tools + new automation) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Apply strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and adaptability to simplify complex processes and deliver actionable results. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide clear visibility of project status, risks, and performance to internal stakeholders.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Telecoms, Engineering or related field • &nbsp; &nbsp;MSc Degree in Telecoms related field or equivalent experience (preferred) • &nbsp; &nbsp;3+ years’ experience in similar position within a service provider/operator or vendor • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in Fiber Optics technologies &amp; project management • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with project management tools, systems, and reporting dashboards • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience of managing the relations with Vendors, Subcontractors and cross-functional teams • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek &amp; EnglishNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
