The role leads the design and development of applications built on .NET/C#, owns code quality and engineering standards, and mentors the engineering team. The Tech Lead coordinates technical requirements with the DevOps/Infrastructure team, drives the adoption of best practices across the SDLC, and acts as the primary technical decision-maker within project teams — while collaborating closely with the Section Manager on significant architectural decisions.What Will You Do:<ul><li>Lead the technical design of scalable and maintainable solutions, engaging with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective software architectures.</li><li>Oversee development and testing activities across the Software Delivery Lifecycle, ensuring seamless progression from design through deployment.</li><li>Own code quality assurance by leading code reviews, defining coding standards, and maintaining high engineering practices across the team.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (engineers, QA, UX), providing technical leadership during project planning and implementation.</li><li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines within the development team, collaborating with the DevOps/Infrastructure team on templates, complex pipelines, and infrastructure-related deliverables.</li><li>Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices and information security principles throughout design, development, and deployment.</li><li>Mentor and coach Software Engineers on technical skills, design patterns, and engineering best practices.</li><li>Proactively identify technical delivery risks and either resolve them or escalate with recommended mitigation strategies.</li><li>Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to enhance the team’s capabilities.</li><li>Lead application performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for significant incidents.</li><li>Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations on technology adoption.</li></ul>What You Will Need in order to Succeed:<ul><li>A BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.</li><li>At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 of them in a tech lead or equivalent technical leadership role.</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in C# / .NET, including Web API, Entity Framework, and related ecosystem.</li><li>Strong SQL skills — schema design, query optimization, and data access patterns.</li><li>Solid experience in software architecture and design patterns (SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD concepts).</li><li>Hands-on experience with React.js or similar modern front-end framework for full-stack delivery.</li><li>Deep working knowledge of Git — branching strategies, pull request workflows, and code review practices.</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud architectures (Azure preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including building and maintaining pipelines.</li><li>Experience working with and leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Proven ability to mentor engineers and raise the technical bar of a team.</li><li>Strong communication skills — ability to discuss technical topics clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Excellent English speaking skills.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate, AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert).</li><li>Experience with RPA, LLM integration, or business process automation.</li><li>Exposure to the energy sector or regulated industries.</li></ul>Their offer to you:<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Performance-based variable pay.</li><li>Ticket restaurant card.</li><li>Transportation reimbursement.</li><li>Private Health Insurance coverage.</li><li>Pension Scheme.</li><li>Home electricity and natural gas discount.</li><li>Continuous learning &amp; upskilling opportunities and access to their premium online training platform.</li><li>Reimbursement for your athletic activities.</li><li>Unlimited fruits and snacks at the office.</li></ul>
