We ensure that the operations between customers, restaurant partners and courier partners all run smoothly. As Support Team Lead you will manage a team of local Support Associates, develop the structures and processes required for the team to perform well, develop a culture where people thrive under pressure and inspire the highest-quality standard of service for our customers and partners.&nbsp;You will lead a team of 20-25 people, working closely with fellow team leads and cross-functional partners, and report directly to the Support Manager.Core responsibilities<ul><li>People management: You will lead and develop a team of 20-25 people and ensure they are competent, motivated, engaged and satisfied in their roles.
