The Manager, Adoption, Value Metrics &amp; Tech Standards is accountable for providing support in analytics and technology adoption, leveraging comprehensive expertise in their discipline and a solid understanding of related fields. This role guides and may lead moderately complex projects, influencing departmental priorities and outcomes. The manager develops innovative solutions to resolve complex challenges, applies sound judgment and experience to independently address problems, and takes calculated risks to advance new concepts. By serving as a technical resource, the manager recommends improvements, collaborates across teams, and ensures that data-driven insights translate into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
